Compared to other industry, food industry requires more water, used in most of the procesing steps, such as production, cleaning, sani-tizing, cooling and materials transport and so on. The treatment mechanisms of contaminants in wastewater are highly dependent on the design and operational characteristics of the wastewater treatment plants.The discharge of such wastewater containing at the same time high organic content without prior treatment is known to adversely affect the aquatic life, water potability and agriculture.

Woking Process:

Hydrolysis acidification:
The anaerobic biological reaction will be controlled in the hydrolysis and the acidification stage. By the reaction of anaerobic and facultative bacteria in the hydrolysis and acidification stages, the suspended solids and refractory macromolecular substances in the sewage will be hydrolyzed into dissolved organic substances and easily degradable small molecular substances, then the small molecule organic matter will be converted to volatile fatty acids by the action of acidified bacteria.

Contact oxidation:
Utilizing biological aerobic membrane to treat the wastewater. The system includes: filler(immersed in sewage), bio-membrane (on the surface of the filler), aeration system and cell. Under the aerobic condition, bio-membrane contacts the sewage fully, which removes the organic matter and nutrients from sewage by biodegradation reaction.
